Dawnalizabeth Henke

Dawnalizabeth Henke is a Principal and the Chief Compliance and Operating Officer at Capital Advantage. She is an Investment Advisor Representative and as part of the management team, she supervises the departments responsible for the day-to-day functionality of the organization. She oversees all internal processes and procedures, manages technology and company finances, and is responsible for designing and implementing programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Dawnalizabeth began her financial services career in 1998 as a Financial Analyst at a private wealth management firm in Oakland. She joined Capital Advantage in 2006.

Dawnalizabeth lives in San Ramon. In her time outside of work, she enjoys surfing, relaxing at the beach, and challenging the performance limits of her BMW M2 Competition.
