Jennifer Walsh, SHRM‑CP, serves as the Chief Human Resources and Operations Manager at Capital Advantage. She leads the human resources function and oversees the full employee lifecycle. Jennifer is responsible for developing and implementing programs, policies, and practices that ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to human resources. She also supports the operations department in managing day‑to‑day organizational functions, internal processes, procedures, and company finances.

Jennifer is an experienced HR and operations leader with a proven record of enhancing organizational efficiency and strengthening workplace culture.
