Elizabeth Maddick is responsible for leading the human resources department at Capital Advantage, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and supporting the operation team to help streamline and build scalable processes.
Elizabeth has a broad background in HR, sales & operations, and client relations. She came from a tech startup prior to Capital Advantage and is excited to share her experiences with the Capital Advantage team.
Elizabeth lives in Clayton and loves the small-town community, she is passionate about theatre, loves musicals and enjoys hiking in national parks.
