Monika Orrey
Monika Orrey is a Senior Client Service Representative at Capital Advantage, where she assists with financial planning, account maintenance, client relationship management, and the day-to-day servicing of client needs. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Monika brings extensive operational knowledge along with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service.
Monika began her financial services career in 2000 at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where she worked as an Operations Specialist II. During her eight years at Schwab, she gained valuable experience across several areas of the firm, including Cost Basis, Securities Operations, Trust Operations, and Charitable Giving. Through these experiences, Monika discovered that client service was where she felt she could make the greatest impact, combining her financial services knowledge with her ability to build meaningful relationships.
In 2010, Monika transitioned from back-office operations to a client-facing role with a Registered Investment Advisor. There, she applied her extensive operational experience while partnering with senior advisors to serve high-net-worth clients and their families. Over the years, she has developed lasting relationships with clients and colleagues and has built her career around providing responsive, thoughtful, and personalized service.
Monika joined Capital Advantage in May 2026 and is proud to be part of a team that shares her commitment to putting clients first.
Outside of work, Monika lives in Oakley with her husband and four foster children. She was raised in Danville, where she also raised her adult daughter, who is now a pediatric oncology nurse. A devoted 49ers fan, Monika loves spending time with her family. Most weekends are filled with the kids’ activities—including soccer, flag football, basketball, and gymnastics—or family trips to amusement parks. When she finds some downtime, Monika also enjoys baking, hiking, and, above all, making memories with her family.
